SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

• If the false declaration leads to customs requirements to collect taxes, if the recipient refuses to pay, the sender has the responsibility to pay, if both parties refuse to pay at the same time, the goods are not in, the company will not be responsible, and still need to ask customers to pay the ticket freight.

• If the consignee finds any abnormal condition of the goods, please mark it in the remarks column of the bill of lading when receiving the goods, and make a written proposal to our company within seven days, if it exceeds this limit, it will not be within the scope of our claims.

• Food series due to the need for commodity inspection, please bring qualified samples (and must have the actual product name such as: jerky. Cookies. Pineapple crisp... Etc.) The rules of the countries that can be imported are different. Please check the shipment in advance.

• Chemical raw materials need to provide detailed trade name chemical composition and use, air transportation must be confirmed in advance according to the name, because not every flight can be loaded.

• Export please declare the exact name of the product, use, correct quantity /PCS quantity unit price and total price (do not accept the detailed name of the product, such as: iron parts. Food. Chemical raw materials. Mechanical parts. Electronic parts... Etc.). ※ If the declaration is untrue, in addition to bear the customs fine, the small three passes or goods must also compensate for the revised category of 3 times the fine

• If the shipment is lost, the maximum compensation for the sample is US $100 (the reference data is the Invoice provided by the customer at the time of shipment), and the maximum compensation for the document is US $25 (cash, check, bill of lading cannot be settled according to the original value). If natural disasters or force majeure and other factors caused by the inability to control the safety of the goods or delay can not arrive on time and is not within the scope of claims, if the demand exceeds this limit, please contact another property insurance.

• The goods must be nailed to the wooden box, can identify the contents of the principle, do not fill in the wooden box name, weight and related content, the internal goods need to be waterproof measures to avoid parts wet damage, some countries or regions require the wooden box to provide "smoking certificate", please contact our customer service staff for details.

• If the volume is too large and too light, according to the volume conversion formula, choose its large charge, the charging weight of each shipment of goods is based on our statistics, if there is any dispute, please inform the company within 2 days.

• The outer packing of the goods, waterproof, anti-collision, anti-pressure, please properly handle. If the goods are damaged due to defective packing, we will blame the defective packing and will not settle the claim.

• Prohibited goods do not go out, if it is seized and damaged, our company will not be responsible!

• Remote area delivery will be charged additional remote area delivery fee.

• The weight of a single shipment less than the basic weight will be charged according to the basic price.

• If the FOB price exceeds NT $3,000, it is required to make simple export declaration; If the FOB price exceeds NT $50,000, the official export declaration must be made. (Domestic goods need to be attached: original Invoice, Packing List, appointment letter; Foreign goods must be separately checked: statement, original import declaration) the monthly account amount for three consecutive months does not reach more than 3,000 yuan, cancel the monthly settlement, change to cash.
